ROTODEL rotary gear pump type 'HGN' is a self-priming bi-directional positive displacement gear pump made of two-piece cast iron construction. Features include single helical carbon steel gears, self-lubricated sintered bronze bush bearings, and reversible relief valve operations.

ROTODEL rotary gear pump type "HGBX" is a self priming bi-directional positive displacement gear pump in simple two piece cast iron construction with single helical modified profile carbon steel gears shrunk fitted on alloy steel hardened & grounded shaft as impeller firmly supported on self lubricated Sintered bronze bush bearing. The pump can be run in either direction with change in inlet - outlet port position. The relief valve operations can be reversed by simply changing R.V parts on opposite side. The motorized pump set in mono block design ensures the perfect alignment, saves space & reduces down time.

ROTODEL gear pump type "HGSX" is all stainless steel SS - 316 self priming bi-directional positive displacement rotary gear pump, fitted with Teflon coated dry running "DU" bush bearings. Three piece design makes the pump easy cleanable, easy maintainable simply by removing four bolts on back cover. Mechanical seal is optional for Teflon gland packing. The mounting bracket converts the pump to foot mounting & facilitates to align the pump with electric motor of appropriate rating on base plate at the same height.

Rotor gear is fitted on the motor shaft where as stator shaft is tight fitted on the stator gear & it rotates freely on it, the back cover supports this shaft from back end, it also provides in built in pressure relief valve which is of reversible design to facilitate running of the pump in either direction. the pump is provided with inlet outlet BSP ports with horizontal orientations.
